Refund Policy

At Taati Studio, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with every purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
  • The product must not be washed, altered, or damaged

Items marked as final sale or purchased during clearance promotions are not eligible for return or exchange.

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as applicable.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 30 days
  • The amount will be credited to your original method of payment

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery, and approved refunds are processed within 30 days after inspection.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, we recommend:

  • Checking your bank account again
  • Contacting your payment provider or credit card company
